The Developer’s main responsibility is to analyze, design and develop an accurate quality EDI solution within defined timelines based on the specific customer requirements.

Work closely with Business Analyst to deliver quality solution.
Assist Business Analyst to provide clarifications on any existing mapping, if needed.
Assist Business Analyst to understand the technical aspect of the requirement.
Focused to deliver accurate solution.
Carry out Unit Tests to make sure the solution works as designed.
Perform end to end test to ensure there’s no negative impact of the changes done.
Follows standard development guidelines and practices.
Document the unit test results done according to the agreed format/way.
Works on the tech QA part and get approval from tech QA team.
Inform lead dev in case any special or non standard solution needs to be implemented or in case of any technical challenges.
Works with other teams or supports Business Analyst to work with other teams (APIC, ESB, eDC, CW1) to implement the complete solution, if needed.
Share information about special solution with other developers and document that for future reference.
Hands-on experience on IBM Sterling Integrator Map Editor
1+ year experience in ITX/ITXA/WTX Design Studio
Strong mapping experience with Positional, CSV, XML, IDoc, X12, EDIFACT
Well versed with Communication protocols like sFTP, AS2, HTTP/HTTPs, VAN. WebServices and API added advantage
Working knowledge of LightWell framework
Experience on XSLT, JSON, SI BP will be a plus
Hypercare:
Assist in troubleshooting the issue to find out if a fix or a new change request is required.
Coordinate with other parties (EDI support, business/customer) after identification of cause for the issue.
Inform Team lead or give heads up if something might affect Intake stability.
Prioritize the fix on fail cases to have quick fix in place.
General and time
Track project progress against planned delivery date.
Review BRD and estimate based on workload timeline.
Maintain timely, efficient and proactive stakeholder communication regarding the daily tasks and projects.
Maintain ServiceNow task for developer’s part in accordance with End to End process.
Submit Clarity timesheet with proper time allocation.
Based on project stage, should be able to re prioritize the work to avoid any delays.
Priority, escalations
Follow the priority set by Business Analyst /Team Lead.
Escalates encountered issues to Business Analyst, Team Lead and CINTO.
Escalates priority conflicts to Business Analyst, Team Lead and CINTO.
Actividades:
Work on the assigned task as per deadlines.
Inform team lead if re prioritization is required.
Consult with lead dev/team lead in case of any technical challenges or need of special solution.
Inform Business Analyst if HLE need to be increased due to medium/high complexity.
Report the progress of case to Business Analyst on frequent basis.
Inform team lead if something is causing delay in development.
Follow standards and procedures.
Follow E2E CI process.
Document the special/non-standard solution for future reference.
Ensure to keep Business Analyst informed about any changes business requests directly.
Share ideas of improvement in the development process.
Provide complete information to other resource in case handing the case over to someone else, use work in progress folder on share point for handover purpose.
